Also known as forest therapy, since thousands of years of intuitive knowledge - we are part of nature and we have a deep need to feel that connection.
BUT DOES IT WORK ? - Forest Bathing has been around as a concept in Japan since the early 1980's and scientists there continue to conduct a large amount of research into its benefits, concluding that it deserves its place in the Japanese health-care system. More general research into the area of nature connections suggests that the real and long-term benefits include, among other things, reduced stress, improved immunity, lower blood pressure and accelerated recovery from illness or trauma.

The effects were seen to last for about 30 days and, as these NK cells help to fight disease, the study concludes that regular Forest Bathing trips may have a preventative effect on the development of diseases.

DURATION: Every Session of Forest Bath will go for 2 hours. We take only 20 person per batch so that forest culture must be maintained.
SCHEDULE:
Our Batch starts from 9 am till 6 pm. You go for the Forest Bath in the thick forest of Pine, Blue Pine, Cedar,Oak, Rhododendron. We have more than 10000 acre of Alpine Forest for Best Forest Bath in Himalayas, in our Sourroundings, you will be in a good and thick forest of Pine and Deodar. This forest is one of the oldest forest in Himalayas. This is a Forest Heaven for nature lovers. You can see the beauty of nature like Himalayan Peaks, deep forest of Alpine trees, etc... this Moment you would love to capture in your cameras. Here is no market Facility, So make sure you come with your essential things like - Medicine, Warm clothings etc...You can order for Lunch and food in advance, so that we can arrange for that for you.

1. 50% amount will be refund in case of cancellation of the trip 20 days before due date.
2. 30% of the amount will be refund in case of cancellation of the trip 15 days before due date.
3. 10% of the amount will be refund in case of cancellation of the trip 10 days before due date.
4. No amount will be refund in case of cancellation of the trip before 7 days before due date.
